Every SantaCruise order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get an email with a link to follow it to your door.
Ordering for Christmas
The holidays are the busiest shipping time of the year. To have your decorations up and on the road for the season, we recommend ordering as early as you can.
Where's my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn't updated in a few days or something looks wrong, message us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it.
Wrong or damaged item?
Send us a photo through the Contact page and we'll make it right.
